Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive, centralised repository for all project documentation.
  • Updating and maintaining risk registers.
  • Management of project timelines.
  • Develop strong working relationships across programme, project and operational teams supporting with financial and procurement administration.
  • Actively identify opportunities to optimise processes, standardise best practices, share learnings, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively coordinate projects, supporting progress and financial reporting for teams.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact across a broad range of subject areas.
