Role:
We are seeking to hire an experienced Service Now Project Manager to support a global organisation during a significant period of transition. This role demands strategic leadership and agility, dedication and a commitment to delivery. You’ll act as the bridge between diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly captured and ensuring every detail of the programme is flawlessly executed.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Essential:
- A proven background in driving projects to completion within a complex, global transformation environment
- Service Now background, ideally with a background in ITOM / CMDB / eBonding
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills – you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in your area of expertise
