Job Title: Project Coordinator (Associate Consultant)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: Fixed Term Contract (4-6 months, subject to extension)

Role:
We have a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support one of Pace’s government clients. This project involves providing day to day support to a Senior Stakeholder who is responsible for the organisation’s Data and Technology function.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist with project management activities, organise and oversee projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget requirements, playing an important role in helping to ensure that project milestones are met
  • Provide project and documentation support for strategic data & tech initiatives – setting up meetings, sending out agendas and follow-ups, tracking progress, and creating decks to share updates externally.
  • Analyse and interpret data and convert raw information into actionable insights to help drive strategic decision-making process
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations and present to clients
  • Manage team governance, such as running stand-ups and helping Senior Stakeholders with reporting.
  • Work with key stakeholders, understand their needs, gather information and provide updates on project progress and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to maintain a consistent and effective approach to client projects, enhancing the quality of the solutions proposed.
  • Lead on new Data & Tech comms plan which could include Slack moderation, posting news and updates, and managing “lunch and learn” schedule.
  • Support all other team admin tasks as and when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you will have some project-based experience working as an Analyst / Associate supporting a busy technology function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient using a broad suite of technologies within both Google (Slack) and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) environments
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong relationship building skills, necessary to working in a complex multi-vendor environment

A competitive salary of between £40,000 and £45,000 plus additional benefits including:

  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus an additional days’ leave for your birthday

  • Reservist leave: up to 10 days of paid leave to fulfil reservist commitments

Availability to start at short notice is strongly preferred.
