Established in 2001, Pace Security Services is a leading provider of manned guarding across London and the Home Counties. Pace supplies high quality and professional security officers to a wide variety of sectors including world-renowned educational institutes, high end residential, multi-million pound corporate offices as well as much more.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit for a number of Estate Protection Officers in the Wembley Park area.
Shift Pattern
- Thursday to Monday
Shift Times
- 13:00‑21:00 (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate
- £13.70 per hour
Job Role
- Act as a visual deterrent for anti-social behaviour in the area.
- Remain vigilant at all times.
- Friendly, helpful and welcoming to visitors.
- Assist tenants with dealing with problems and issues.
- Monitor on-site vehicle movement and issue PCN’s if necessary.
- Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders with regards to issues in and around the site.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
Role Requirements
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors and CCTV license.
- A minimum of 3 years of security experience.
- Strong levels of verbal and written English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and act quickly in difficult situations.
- Be physically fit as the role will require a lot of walking and standing.
