Established in 2001, Pace Security Services is a leading provider of manned guarding across London and the Home Counties. Pace supplies high quality and professional security officers to a wide variety of sectors including world-renowned educational institutes, high end residential, multi-million pound corporate offices as well as much more.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit for a number of Security Response Officers for our world-renowned educational client in the Uxbridge area.
Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off
Shift Times: 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00
Pay Rate: £13.15 per hour
Job Role:
- Be first responder to intruder and fire alarms across site.
- To act as a visual deterrent for anti-social behaviour and disorder in the area.
- To remain vigilant at all times.
- Friendly, helpful and welcoming to visitors.
- Assisting tenants with dealing with problems and issues.
- Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders with regards to issues in and around the site.
- Liaising with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
Role Requirements:
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors license.
- CCTV license is desired but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of security experience.
- Strong levels of verbal and written English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and act quickly in difficult situations.
- Be physically fit as the role will require a lot of walking and standing.
