  • Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover both the what and the why behind consumer behaviour
  • Carry out desk research into technology, UX, and cultural trends in the Korean market
  • Insight & reporting

    • Contribute to professional, client‐ready outputs in a range of formats, working closely with senior consultants
    • Support lead Consultants and the broader Account team in nurturing client relationships
    • Develop confident presentation skills, including co‐presenting insights to clients
    • Participate actively in team discussions, workshops, and client meetings

    What you’ll bring

    • Fluent written and spoken Korean and English
    • Strong numerical literacy, including high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data functions)
    • A genuine interest in technology, UX, and digital culture
    • Strong online empathy and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with Korean communities
    • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
    • Energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow

    Nice to have

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets

    Why this role
