We are seeking a curious, committed Associate Consultant with fluent written and spoken Korean and English to join one of our largest and most highâprofile accounts, working with a leading global technology brand. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Korean culture, able to draw on lived experience to engage authentically with Korean consumers. You will be part of an international consultancy team, combining cultural insight from markets around the world to shape products for our client and its global users.
From day one, you'll play an active role on live client work â this is not a backâroom role. You'll contribute to data analysis and client delivery, developing core consultancy skills in communityâled research within the tech sector and beyond. This role offers a strong stepping stone for someone looking to grow a longâterm career in insight, strategy, and consulting.
What youâll do
- Research & analysis
- Clean, process, and qualityâcheck languageâbased datasets
- Review and interpret consumer responses, identifying data integrity issues
- Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover both the what and the why behind consumer behaviour
- Carry out desk research into technology, UX, and cultural trends in the Korean market
- Translate data into clear, compelling insights and trends
- Contribute to professional, clientâready outputs in a range of formats, working closely with senior consultants
- Support lead Consultants and the broader Account team in nurturing client relationships
- Develop confident presentation skills, including coâpresenting insights to clients
- Participate actively in team discussions, workshops, and client meetings
