Technical Manager – Bespoke Residential Developer Location : Buckinghamshire Salary : Up to £70,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance + Perks + Progression + Package Role Overview: A bespoke residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee pre-construction and delivery of high-quality residential projects. Reporting to the Director, this role ensures all design information aligns with project schedules, meets budget constraints, and achieves successful sub-contract procurement and build outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and distribute design information, ensuring compliance with current regulations, planning permissions, and buildability standards. Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness in designs and construction methods. Coordinate with consultants to ensure compatibility of design information and resolve potential conflicts. Liaise with local authorities, securing necessary licences and agreements (e.g., section agreements, scaffold/hoarding permits). Manage relationships with external consultants, monitoring budgets, and reporting to the senior surveyor weekly.
