We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 30-unit luxury residential apartment scheme in NW London, with individual apartments valued between £2m–£5m. You will work under a Project Director, alongside two other Site Managers, delivering a super-prime residential project to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management of high-end fit-out works
- Managing subcontractors and specialist trades
- Ensuring exceptional quality of finishes throughout
- Driving programme, health & safety, and logistics
- Coordinating inspections, snagging, and handovers
- Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience on super-prime residential fit-out projects
- Background delivering luxury apartments, mansions, or similar
- Strong eye for detail and quality-led mindset
