An established London-based main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a high-end residential refurbishment project in Primrose Hill, North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Site Manager, Refurbishment Site Manager or Fit Out Site Manager with experience delivering high-quality projects within the luxury residential sector.
You will work as part of an experienced site team alongside other Site Managers, reporting into a Project Manager and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of subcontractor packages, site coordination and quality control. A key focus of this role will be managing subcontractors and coordinating M&E packages, ensuring mechanical and electrical installations are delivered safely, correctly and in line with the construction programme.
Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractor activities.
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required quality standards.
- Managing M&E subcontractors, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages.
- Coordinating M&E installations.
