Senior Project SurveyorSenior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor – KingstonA well established SW London/ Surrey main contractor are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Based in the office and the role does have genuine progression through to Commercial Director for the right candidate. Projects undertaken are mainly D&B JCT main contracting projects up to 7m across various sectors including education, refurbishment, commercial etc.The Company:Operates across London and the surrounding working on projects up to 7m. They are a small to medium size main contractor, very well established with the majority of their work coming for repeat clients over many years.The Role:Happy to either a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up or an experience Senior Quantity Surveyor. Experience with JCT contracts and main contracting experience essential. The position involves a wide variety of surveying duties from award to Final Account on diverse and interesting projects and will include responsibility for up to 3 live jobs at any one time.
