A highly regarded medium-sized Main Contractor and Residential Developer, also delivering specialist façade projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor following a strong run of project wins. Previous placements into the business have given very positive feedback.

Salary & Package: £75,000 - £100,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, travel expenses, private healthcare, progression and additional perks

- Leading façade, re-cladding and fire remediation projects from concept through to handover
- Working on London-based residential and specialist façade schemes
- Operating within a strong and supportive commercial team

Project & Delivery Details
- Recladding projects delivered under two models:
- Client-appointed consultants with reduced PC coordination
- Contractor-appointed consultants (Architect, SE, FE), with PD retained client-side
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in façade, re-cladding or similar specialist packages
- Background from either a main contractor or specialist subcontractor
- Strong commercial and cost management capability
- Ability to manage projects independently and liaise with consultants
