I’m working with a well-established, growing main contractor based in Lymington who specialise in delivering high-end residential new builds and refurbishments valued between £500k and £5m. They are looking to appoint an experienced and personable Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

The RoleYou’ll be working closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to manage costs and contracts from inception to completion. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a quality-driven, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include:- Preparing and managing project budgets, valuations, and financial reports
- Procuring and managing subcontractors from tender to final account
