Quantity Surveyor opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up — this role suits a confident Quantity Surveyor who wants to be the lead in a growing business. I’m recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience to join a company working on MEP and refurbishment projects across London. You’ll be the sole QS, reporting directly into the Managing Director and Operations Director.
Duties include:
- Full commercial & financial responsibility of projects
- CVRs, placing orders, managing contracts
- Working closely with very commercially astute PMs
- Supporting and working alongside an Assistant QS
