Quantity Surveyor (Refurbishment Projects) – Location: Ealing, London – Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + package + bonuses
I\’m delighted to be working with an ambitious and steadily growing contractor based in Ealing, who are now looking to add a talented Quantity Surveyor to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to join a forward-thinking company and play a key role in their continued success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of projects from inception to completion
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts, manage variations, and ensure cost control
- Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
- 5+ years\’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within refurbishment or sub contracting
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail
