Project Manager – Luxury Resi builder 📍 Basingstoke (Office) + Surrey/Sussex/Hampshire Sites 💰 Up to c.£75,000 + Bonus (up to 10%) + Package (35 days holiday inc. BH) We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading luxury residential contractor’s regional office. You’ll be overseeing multiple high-end projects (c.£2–10m) across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire, managing and supporting site-based teams. The Role: * Oversee c.3–4 luxury residential projects simultaneously (No.1’s in place on each) * Write, manage, and monitor construction programmes to ensure projects stay on track * Provide leadership and support to Site Managers and ensure smooth site operations * Work closely with QSs, estimators & senior management to deliver profitable, high-quality schemes * Act as the main point of contact between site teams, head office, and clients * Ensure health & safety, quality, and delivery standards are consistently maintained * Support the business’s growth with opportunities to progress your career The Offer: * Salary up to £75,000 * Bonus up to 10% * 35 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) * Excellent package & progression with a market-leading contractor
