A growing SME Design & Build fit out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its expanding team. With a strong pipeline of CAT A & CAT B projects across Central London, this role offers the chance to join a sociable, forward-thinking business delivering high-quality schemes.

The Role:

  • Oversee 1–3 D&B fit out projects simultaneously (depending on size and complexity)
  • Deliver projects typically ranging from £250k–£1m, with some multi-million-pound schemes
  • Write and manage detailed project programmes using Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site teams
  • Drive programme, quality and delivery standards across all schemes

The business has established Estimators and Quantity Surveyors, meaning the Project Manager will have minimal involvement in commercial management and can focus primarily on operational delivery.

  • Proven CAT A & CAT B experience
