The Role
You’ll be managing a portfolio of 3-5 residential projects at any one time, with values up to £300k. Working closely with the Director, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle—from tendering and procurement through to handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day-to-day site activity across multiple small-to-medium residential projects
- Supporting the Director with tendering, costings and contractor selection
- Overseeing progress, budgets, timelines and quality control
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and materials
- Acting as the key liaison for private clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Upholding and promoting a strong eye for design and detail throughout all stages
About You
- Previous experience managing residential construction projects (new build, refurb or extensions)
- Comfortable working across multiple live projects
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and directors
- Passionate about high-quality residential design and delivery
- Strong organisational, budgeting and communication skills
- Based within easy reach of Farnham and surrounding project locations
