The Project Manager will be overseeing a £10m new build care home project from start to finish. The company can offer genuine growth and autonomy to the Project Manager. About the Project Manager: * Must have main contracting experience * Must have experience working on similar sized £5 – £25m projects * Located within commutable distance of Buckinghamshire * Shown longevity in previous positions * Experience leading a project from start to finish reporting into the Contracts Manager The Project Manager will be joining a main contractor that are very stable and operate in the right way.
