PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – HERTS/ ESSEX – BID TEAM A very well established main contractor are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Construction / Bid Manager to join their team. The role is a new role within the business and can be based at either their Stansted or Colchester office. The role will be overseeing the bid team of 3 reporting into the Preconstruction Director working on main contracting projects up to £10m. Genuine progression into a Director role. Location: Stansted or Colchester (some hybrid working) Projects: £100k to £10m main contracting projects Duties: Reporting into the Preconstruction Director heading up a small bid team and working alongside the Estimating department Benefits: Competitive salary, package and genuine progression to Preconstruction Director.
