Planner – Super Prime Residential Location: South West London Job Type: Permanent, Freelance or Part-Time Salary / Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience We are currently working with a specialist super prime residential contractor in South West London who are looking to bring an experienced Planner into their team to provide ongoing planning support across a number of high-end residential projects. This is an opportunity suited to an experienced construction Planner who understands the demands of super prime residential projects and is confident managing live programmes rather than simply producing initial construction schedules. The Role You will provide ongoing planning support across multiple projects, working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure programmes remain accurate, realistic and up to date. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and regularly updating live construction programmes using Asta Powerproject * Providing monthly programme reviews and updates across multiple projects * Monitoring progress against planned activities and key project milestones * Working with project teams to identify delays, slippage and potential programme risks * Supporting EOT and delay analysis * Reviewing contractor and subcontractor programmes * Providing clear reporting and programme updates to senior project stakeholders * Helping project teams understand programme performance and potential mitigation measures About You The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience as a Planner within high-end / super prime residential construction * Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject * Experience managing live construction programmes * A good understanding of progress monitoring, programme updates and reporting * Experience with EOT and delay analysis * The ability to work across multiple projects and engage effectively with project teams * Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Working Arrangement The client is flexible on the structure of the appointment and would consider: * Permanent * Freelance * Part-time / ongoing consultancy The key requirement is finding someone with the right super prime residential and Asta experience who can provide consistent planning support across the projects
