Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day office functions, ensuring smooth administration, HR coordination, and compliance processes. * Support project teams with document preparation, site setup, inductions, and subcontractor administration. * Compile and maintain Health & Safety documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, O&M Manuals, and COSHH Assessments. * Coordinate internal and external training, professional development sessions, and CPD programmes. * Lead the implementation and upkeep of ISO standards and company accreditations. * Manage paperwork for licences, permits, and security clearance forms. * Liaise with site teams to ensure consistent communication and adherence to safety procedures. * Assist with tender submissions, including document collation, visuals, and marketing content. * Contribute to marketing initiatives that showcase the companyβs expertise and project portfolio.
