I’m working in partnership with a prestigious high-end residential main contractor based in Lymington to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, design-led contractor known for delivering exceptional bespoke homes for high-net-worth individuals. With a reputation for craftsmanship and excellence, the business operates at the very top end of the residential market.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of business development activities. This is a highly autonomous position where you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with private clients, architects, and key industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities
