Overview
In this role you will act as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a high-end heritage contractor, based in Central London. You will manage commercial aspects across multiple projects up to 5m, supporting delivery to time, budget, and quality targets. You will work within a focused, client-facing team to protect margins and ensure contractual compliance.
