A well-established main contractor with multiple divisions is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of cladding, façade, recladding, building envelope and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of cladding, façade and external envelope projects
  • Preparing and reviewing pricing, variations and change control
  • Managing subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts
  • Producing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
  • Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial reporting
  • Contract administration and risk management
  • Liaising with clients, site teams and subcontractors
  • Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
  • Ensuring commercial targets and project profitability are achieved

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
  • Experience with cladding, recladding, façade, EWS, fire remediation or external wall system projects preferred
  • Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
