Ideal Experience:
- Experience delivering leisure centre or sports stadium projects
- Ideally some PCSA / pre-construction experience
Role Overview:
- Initial involvement in PCSA and pre-construction activities
- Transition to taking the project live on site later in the year
- Working as part of a strong, well-resourced commercial team
- Long-term involvement through project delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with PCSA and pre-construction commercial activities
- Procurement of subcontract and supplier packages
- Preparing and managing subcontract documentation
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and payments
- Interim valuations and payment applications
- Assessment and agreement of variations and change events
- Cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
- Commercial reporting to senior management
- Supporting the negotiation and agreement of final accounts
- Maintaining accurate commercial records and cost data
- Working closely with site management, design, and commercial teams
