Key Duties:- Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and restoration projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Take-off quantities and prepare bills of quantities
- Source and obtain subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Evaluate and compare tender returns
- Build up rates and pricing schedules
- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation
- Maintain and update cost databases and benchmarks
- Support handover of successful tenders to the commercial team
