A well established refurbishment main contractor are seeking an experienced Managing Surveyor to join the business. The Managing Quantity Surveyor will be site based in West London, overseeing 3 Quantity Surveyors working on a large social housing refurbishment project.

Duties:

  • 10+ years in commercial / QS roles
  • Strong Main Contractor background
  • Experience running large-scale projects (£40m–£70m+)
  • Confident leading teams (2–5 people)
  • Solid understanding of JCT & NEC contracts
  • Strong negotiator — not just technically good
  • Comfortable being client-facing

On offer is a negotiable basic salary plus car allowance, healthcare and pension. Also offer 1 day a week working from home.
