We are looking for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a £10m project in Oxford St.
Duration circa 12 months, full commercial responsibility of the project from cost plans, client meetings, managing sub contractors etc.
Experience required working for D&B fit out/ refurbishment company.
Day rate negotiable on experience.
