Estimator Role – (London Bridge & WFH) Company: One of London\’s Leading D&B Fit Out Companies Salary Up to c.£60,000 – £65,000 (Dependent on experience) Perks, Bonus & Progression Projects: D&B Office Fit Outs – (Small Works Department) The company have been operating for over 20 years & are one of London\’s leading D&B firms Full D&B company, everything in-house: Delivery, Sales, Pre-Con, Furniture, Fit-Out Role will include a mix of traditional pre-construction pricing/estimating and then taking on the commercial management whilst job is live. (ie; valuations , place orders, meet with client to settle final account, etc…) Overseeing several projects at once – all projects will be under £200k in value (Initial training/probation period of 6 months to help mould the candidate into the new role, as they don’t expect someone to have experience with everything from previous roles) Joining a thriving small works team with fantastic scope for progression
