Project Manager – Healthcare Refurbs Office based role in Dartford with Site Visits A specialist construction contractor is seeking an Project Manager to deliver multiple healthcare and hospital construction projects , managing projects from handover through to completion, commissioning and defects.

Any refurbishment project experience (Retail/Schools, etc....) or actual Healthcare/hospital and Design Build experience are preferential for the role.

The Role Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, quality and H S standards.

Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, designers, clients and clinical teams.

Prepare and manage programmes, RAMS, CPPs, RFIs, technical submissions and drawing trackers.

Lead design meetings and client meetings, ensuring actions are progressed.

Work closely with the commercial team on procurement, variations, budgets and provisional sums.

Identify and manage project risks, delays and EOTs.

Oversee commissioning, O M information and final handover.

Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports.

Travel nationwide to project sites when required.

Follow specialist MRI/ferromagnetic safety procedures where applicable.
