A growing and dynamic high-end residential main contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the Senior QS on multiple high-end projects across neighbouring counties up to £5m for high net worth individuals.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar construction/commercial discipline).
- Ideally 2-4 years' experience.
- Exposure to high-quality residential projects.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to develop under the guidance of our Senior QS.
