Role: Head of Small Works Department – Commercial Fit Outs * Location: London Bridge Area – * Company: Working for one of London\’s Leading Office, Fit-Out Contractors * Salary, Package & Progression: Salary is negotiable + Excellent Commission Structure & Potential to grow into a Director role in the next couple of years as the department grows * Previous Placements in Business All give positive feedback * Essential Experience: Pricing Small Works Fit Out Projects (Up to c.£250K per project) & costing & winning project, allocating & aiding delivery of fast-paced projects to other small works team members I am recruiting for an excellent fit-out contractor who are looking for a head of department for their sustainably growing small works, fit out team. Great opportunity to grow the department & develop your career, potentially progressing into a Director role within the business as the department keeps growing. Please note, this role is probably more suitable for commercially biased candidates as a major part of the role would include Pricing small works fit out projects, costing them/ winnign the work & then allocating & aiding the delivery of the project from there.
