We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Gravesend. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a busy commercial team. The Role
- Managing multiple refurbishment/fit-out projects
- Preparing budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procuring and managing subcontractors
- Reporting into the Commercial Director
- Office-based in Gravesend with occasional site visits
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience with a refurbishment or fit-out contractor preferred
- Strong commercial and communication skills
