Our client is looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Portsmouth, working on high-quality new build industrial and warehouse projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll collaborate closely with another QS and report directly to the Commercial Director, taking ownership of cost management and commercial delivery. This is a fantastic chance for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in a growing company that values development, ambition, and reward for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial aspects of new build industrial and warehouse projects.
- Manage budgets, cost plans, procurement, and subcontractor packages.
- Work alongside a project QS and report to the Commercial Director.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
- Strong knowledge of new build or industrial/warehouse projects.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package or £350 - £425 per day
