A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a high-end, heritage restoration contractor based in Kent/South London border. The Estimator will be pricing projects up to £2m working alongside the Estimating Director and specialising in heritage projects.
The Estimator's duties will be:
- Preparation and submission of detailed estimates.
- Assessment and co-ordination of tender bid and pre-contract activities.
- Preparation, adjudication and follow up of tenders.
- Management of the Estimating Function.
- Able to explain work requirements clearly and systematically to sub-contractors.
