A multi award-winning design & build contractor is looking for an ambitious Estimator to join its expanding team. Delivering projects across commercial, government, education, healthcare, industrial, and high-end residential sectors, the business continues to grow steadily with a strong pipeline of work.
This role is designed for an estimator who wants more than just day-to-day costing. someone who is motivated to progress, take on greater responsibility, and ultimately move toward leading a department as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost plans, budgets, and tender submissions

Review drawings and specifications to assess costs and risks

Source, negotiate, and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations

Work closely with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and value engineering
