Design / Technical Manager Role – (RC Frame Resi Experience) 🟠Location: Cuffley 🟠Salary: Up to c.£90,000 + Benefits (Car allowance, Bonus, Progression, etc.) Excellent opportunity to join a well-established, regional, medium-sized residential contractor/developer with fantastic career progression. Overview: Manage and coordinate design delivery across new-build RC frame residential schemes, main contracting works, JVs, recladding projects, and other varied developments. Key Responsibilities: * Lead design management for £20mil – £50m+ RC frame resi developments. * Oversee novation of consultants at Stage 3 for JV projects. * Advise during early design phases; manage from Stage 3 onwards. * BSR Gateway 2 submissions. * Appoint/manage architects, structural & façade engineers. * Collaborate with in-house façade design team for specialist packages. * Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act, CDM, and planning conditions. * Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design changes. * Oversee construction drawings, specs, and technical documentation. * Maintain design programmes, risks, and deliverables. * Promote buildable, cost-effective, and safe design solutions.
