Job Description

Design Manager – Main Contractor

London Bridge | £65,000 – £75,000 + package + perks + progression

An experienced regional contractor, c.£50m turnover, is seeking a Design Manager to join their London Bridge office. This medium-sized main contractor delivers new build, design & build, and refurbishment schemes across London and the South-East, covering sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, offices, super-prime residential and standard residential. Projects typically range from £2m – £15m in value.
