A well-established Main Contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team near Basildon, Essex. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager or a Project Manager ready to step up.
The Role:
- Oversee multiple high-end fit-out & refurbishment projects across hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential sectors.
- Work as part of the operations team, reporting to the Construction Director.
- Office-based with site visits as required (mainly London, some UK-wide).
- WFH one day per week.
- Strong programming & scheduling experience essential, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Project beneficial.
