The Role

As Contracts Manager, you\’ll report directly to the Construction Director and oversee 1-4 concurrent projects (typically valued between £100K-£5M) across Greater London.

You\’ll split your time between our Battersea office and active sites, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day contract delivery across multiple live heritage/restoration projects
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works on time and within budget
Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, health & safety regulations, and conservation standards
Liaise regularly with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure seamless communication
Monitor project performance, cost control, programme adherence, and quality assurance
Support the Construction Director in strategic planning and resource allocation

What We\’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the heritage or restoration sector
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Solid understanding of traditional construction techniques and conservation best practices
Ability to manage multiple sites with varying complexity and scale
A proactive, team-focused approach and attention to detail
SMSTS and relevant health & safety certifications preferred
