Project Manager – Heritage & Stone Restoration (West End, London)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading heritage contractor, where the Project Manager will take full responsibility for a prestigious West End scheme. The successful Project Manager will oversee a major listed building restoration, with the Project Manager managing all aspects of delivery and the Project Manager running the project from start to finish.

This is a year-long project on a listed building, where you will report directly into the Construction Director and take ownership of programme, quality, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring works are delivered to the highest conservation standards.

Our client is a well-established heritage contractor with a wealth of experience delivering complex stone restoration and conservation projects across London. They offer long-term stability, progression and repeat work for the right individual.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering listed building, heritage or stone restoration projects in London
  • Strong all-round Project Management capability
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid – essential
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end and work closely with senior management
