A leading external refurbishment and facade principal contractor is currently seeking two Commercial Managers to join their team. The role will be split regionally, covering either the North of the Thames or the South of the Thames.
The role is a Regional Commercial Manager managing a team of 5-7 Quantity Surveyors overseeing 5-6 projects up to £5m. Projects are mainly facade works and external refurbishment, and the company is open on previous sector experience of a Commercial Manager.
The role is remote/field based, split between sites and home when required. On offer is an above market salary with a package on top including travel paid, pension, healthcare, life insurance, etc.
