Overview
In this role you will manage cost and commercial performance for high-end residential refurbishments in a SW London office-based setting. You will work with a main contractor to support projects valued 1–5 million, ensuring accurate cost planning, procurement, and reporting. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to keep projects on track and within budget. This position offers hands-on responsibility in a prestigious, location-driven pipeline and requires precise QS expertise.
