A growing and dynamic high end residential main contractor are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator to join their team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the Senior QS on multiple high end projects across neighbouring counties up to £5m for high net worth individuals.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar construction/commercial discipline).
  • Ideally 2–4 years’ experience. Ideal candidate will have had exposure to high-quality residential projects.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and eager to develop under the guidance of our Senior QS.
  • Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
