We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Dartford. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a busy commercial team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs across multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects while reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This role would suit a proactive Quantity Surveyor who enjoys overseeing projects at different stages and working in a fast-paced environment. The Role
- Managing multiple refurbishment/fit-out projects valued £100k – £3m
- Preparing budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procuring and managing subcontractors
- Reporting into the Commercial Director
- Office-based in Dartford with occasional site visits
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience with a refurbishment or fit-out contractor preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial and communication skills
