A well-established Construction and Maintenance/FM contractor, with an annual turnover of circa £40 million, is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join its growing team based near King's Cross.
Salary: £33,000–£35,000 + excellent benefits and career progression
Location: Near King's Cross, London
Hours: Office-based, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week)
The Role
- Supporting Managers with the day-to-day administration of multiple projects and maintenance contracts.
- Producing and updating reports, trackers and project documentation using Excel and internal systems.
- Coordinating engineer attendance, service visits and reactive maintenance works to ensure client requirements are met.
- Managing contract-related financial administration, including invoices, credits, VAT records and project account documentation.
- Maintaining accurate asset information and equipment records within the CAFM system.
- Monitoring workforce availability, including holiday and absence records, to assist with operational planning.
- Ensuring all project, client and compliance records remain accurate, organised and up to date.
- Assisting with contract-specific processes and providing wider administrative support across the team as required.
About the Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' administration experience within Construction, Facilities Management or Maintenance.
- Strong Excel and general IT skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
