The Contracts Manager will report into the Construction Director and overseeing 2-3 high end projects for high net worth individuals. It would suit a fully fledged Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Manager looking to step into a Contracts Manager role.
The Role:
- Overseeing 2-3 high end residential refurbishment projects in West End/ Central London
- Client are high net worth individuals
- Overseeing Site/ Project Managers on site

Experience:
- Must have experience within the high end/ super prime/ luxury finishes market
