Maintenance Coordinator

A leading maintenance and facilities management company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join its established Central London team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reactive maintenance and helpdesk requests
- Schedule engineers and specialist subcontractors
- Allocate and monitor maintenance jobs from start to completion
- Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors and site teams
- Chase outstanding works and provide regular updates
- Manage the maintenance/helpdesk inbox
- Update CAFM systems and maintain accurate records
- Maintain asset registers and compliance information
- Arrange planned service and maintenance visits
- Assist with weekly engineer scheduling
- Raise purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain WIP spreadsheets and contract records
- Provide administrative support to Contracts Managers and the Maintenance team
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, property or building services
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Helpdesk Coordinator, Service Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Confident communicating with clients, engineers and subcontractors
- Good IT and systems knowledge
- Experience using CAFM systems would be advantageous
