This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic provider of Design, Print, and Direct Mail solutions for a range of customers from trade to end users. They provide a wide range of services that include procurement, litho and digital print and finishing and a direct mail operation. This wholly owned business has invested heavily to ensure that they are at the pinnacle of technology for print and mailing solutions. They endeavour to develop from within; however, due to growth and retirement, they are currently seeking an Account Manager to join the team in the New Year 2026.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing and new clients. Processing customer estimates, quotations, data and producing personalisation files. You will assist with the day-to-day management of a set of dedicated accounts and be relied upon to provide strong customer service, ensuring all clients’ needs are dealt with efficiently. The role encompasses all aspects of print and direct mail from quoting through to delivery. Ultimately, your purpose will be to manage the expectations of our clients.
