We are hiring a Divisional Manager – Contract to scale and professionalise PACE’s Clean Energy contract offering. This is not a start from zero brief. We have an established client base across nuclear, renewables and advanced infrastructure, with active demand for contract support. The opportunity is to take that traction and build it into a structured, high-performing division with clear commercial ownership.
You will sit at the centre of project delivery, supporting clients across engineering, construction, commissioning and operations with flexible, compliant and high quality contract solutions. You will have ownership of strategy, revenue and standards, working closely with PACE leadership while retaining autonomy over execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Divisional Leadership
- Scale and structure PACE’s existing contract capability
- Develop clear processes, standards and delivery models
- Build a high performing team as revenue grows
- Work with developers, utilities, OEMs, EPCs and IPPs across Clean Energy
- Advise on interim and contract resourcing throughout the project lifecycle
- Convert existing relationships into repeat contract frameworks
- Full P&L responsibility for the contract division
- Own pricing, contractor models and margin discipline
- Forecast pipeline and drive growth strategy
- Ensure compliance across IR35, PSC and contractor frameworks
- Maintain high standards of contractor care and delivery quality
- Introduce scalable systems to support multi project environments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record leading and scaling a contract desk/department
- Strong experience in Renewables, Infrastructure or Clean Energy projects
- Commercially confident and delivery focused
- Someone who wants to build something meaningful
